but let’s do it by making your time divinely sacred

I see this with all my clients these days… overwhelm, never ending to do lists, losing self, can’t fit it in, blah, blah, blah…

Time is one of the most valuable resources we have, and yet it’s often the one thing we manage the worst. How do you feel about that, my friend? How do you manage your time, your schedule, your dreams? Or do you?

In today’s often chaotic and fast-paced world, to be able to live your life to the fullest, to make time for your pleasure, and to love your work, and make it SACRED, it’s more important than ever to have good time management skills. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your workload, or if you’re always running late, let’s talk.

FIRST: YOU are the most important part of all of this, But remember to step into your feminine side for this. We have heard about busting ass to get things done, Masculine, right? Doesn’t work. Being forceful, full of lists, braving the shit storm of overwhelming work load and too much to do. Just runs you down and brings on more anxiety and frustration.

Dear heart, take time to honor yourself, to take exquisite care of yourself. As we get older, make time for rest, relaxation, and fun. Let’s move forward with womanly grace. When you’re feeling refreshed, you’ll be better able to focus and manage your time effectively. I can’t emphasize this enough…

And sometimes you have to say no to more things, so you can say YES to the things that feed you, and make you feel great.

And you gotta know your WHY for getting things done. This brings peace and clarity and confidence.
