Stretching for your dreams!
Thursday, how are you stretching yourself this week?
Taking that extra step to bring in the desires you are wanting more of will bring you more joy, fulfillment, and to feel really good about yourself.
Maybe it is sticking to a new workout this week to feel better in your body. Or do you want to volunteer at the animal shelter or meals on wheels?
Is it a Hell Yeah? That’s what I want to hear, trusting my instincts to what is the right thing for me to step fuller into my desires!
For me I am doing a new workout this week to feel fitter and stronger in my body, so every day is a new type of discipline… and you know what? When I’m done I feel great, both physically and emotionally.
How about you? What can you reach a little further for? Can you take a few minutes to write in your journal what is the next step, that might be a little scary, might take a bit more discipline, might even mean saying no to something else… see what comes through and lights you up…
Sooooo, stretch your body in a new way, stretch your creative ideas further, and take some action, babe! I know you can! You will feel proud of your actions!
