It’s time to refocus on taking the time to hear what we are saying to ourselves…and how we listen to ourselves, and then how we act on our instincts, our gut, our truth, our guidance system.

Our intuition is a powerful tool that can help us make better decisions in life, right? It is often described as a gut feeling or a sixth sense, and it is a valuable source of guidance when we are faced with difficult choices.
There are many reasons why we should trust our intuition.
First, intuition is often based on our subconscious mind, which has access to a wealth of information that we are not always consciously aware of. Our subconscious mind is constantly processing information from our environment, and it can often pick up on things that our conscious mind misses. For example, if you are walking down the street and you have a sudden feeling of danger, your intuition may be picking up on something that you are not consciously aware of, such as a person following you or a car about to swerve into your path.
Second, intuition can be based on our past experiences. When we have had similar experiences in the past, our intuition can help us to predict how a current situation is likely to unfold. This can be helpful when we are trying to make decisions about things like relationships, careers, and finances. For example, if you have been in a bad relationship in the past, your intuition may be telling you to avoid getting into another one.
Third, intuition is often based on our values and beliefs. Our intuition can help us to discern what is right and wrong for us, and it can guide us towards making choices that are aligned with our values. For example, if you believe in honesty, your intuition may be telling you not to lie to someone, even if it would be easier to do so.
