Imagine your new self!

Imagine waking up every morning feeling healthy, wealthy, and joyful. You have the energy to do all the things you love, and you’re financially secure. You’re surrounded by people who love and support you, and you’re making a difference in the world.

This is the kind of life that many people want to live, this is the kind of life that I have built for myself, often taking years, several changes, shifts to my mindset, changes to my nutrition and body, educating myself, and committing to the discipline and dedication to myself. Remember, discipline means being a disciple to self!

So many of my clients come to be because they are desiring to make a change, or several changes, to step into their own desires, their personal vision of beauty, their abundance, and I am here to tell you/them that it is possible to achieve it. Because as you age, mature, you have realized that being in mid-career, your mid-life ( what exactly is that? I would say 30's-70's!!!), and that your earlier desires have shifted.

  • What feels new for you?
  • What changes are you desiring?
  • What do you want to leave behind?

These are great journaling prompts, friend, so get out that beautiful hunk of paper and your favorite writing utensil, and journal for awhile about where you are now as opposed to one year ago, or more!

It takes hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude. But these changes can also be done with ease, with excitement for rebuilding and rewriting what you are newly desiring, or have been desiring for so long but not taken the steps forward, putting yourself last. And quite often it takes asking for help and guidance, which so many women are afraid to ask for, to invest in themselves and their own desires and future.

Here are a few tips to help you build and create the life of your dreams:
1. Envision what you are now desiring! Take time to dream, and journal about new ideas, projects
2. Set goals. What do you want to achieve in your life now? Once you know what you want, you can start taking steps to make it happen. Make a MAP, a Magic Action Plan to break down your goals into smaller, more manageable steps, and track your progress along the way.
