I met Sez through her recordings on Insight Timer, and I totally fell in love with her, her voice when she reads aloud, her words, her work… and I am delighted we finally found time to connect for this interview chat!

And for you to meet her makes me so happy… she is a poet healer and to me is a nature priestess who uses her words to create change. Self-help in a poem is what she does for her clients! So exquisite… we talk about how words can release your pain. (And timing for this conversation is so timely as my writing workshop is next week! And I am always saying how words can release you, can make change!)

Sharing hope is how she describes her work, how beautiful is that?!… and we talk again, as humans, we all want to be seen and heard. Sez used to drown out her inner feelings and knowing and she has circled around to dive deep and use her words for her own self-discovery.
